
說實在的,做亞馬遜很難避免碰到一些不講理的買家,所以你必須從平常就開始累積你的好評,把偶發(fā)的差評影響稀釋掉。同時把一星差評給洗到Listing最下面,不要讓負(fù)評顯示在亞馬遜評價的最上面。
一、移除差評
1、郵件標(biāo)題盡量直接
2、郵件主旨簡介明了,買家收到郵件時一目了然
3、郵件內(nèi)容分為:致歉-改正態(tài)度/措施-感謝買家建議
以下為參考模版
郵件標(biāo)題:
Regarding your AMAZON.COM order feedback with 店鋪名稱
郵件內(nèi)容:
Dear Customer,
You recently left us a negative feedback regarding your order placed with 店鋪名稱on AMAZON.COM. We are sorry about the inconvenience.
Please kindly provide us with the SKU number under the bar code label >
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for giving us the opportunity to rectify the matter.
Sincerely yours
店鋪名稱 Customer Service Team
二、移除負(fù)面評價1、郵件標(biāo)題盡量直接
2、郵件主旨簡介明了,買家收到郵件時一目了然
3、重點表達(dá)謝意,感謝對方寫Review,讓對方感知自己的建議是被重視的
4、千萬不要在郵件里面提到刪評返現(xiàn)、刪評退款等

Regarding your Amazon Product Review
郵件內(nèi)容:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your purchase and taking the time to write a product review. We are terribly sorry to hear the product you received is defective and would like to know if we can send you a free replacement or assist you with a refund.
Customer reviews is important to us and we value your response. All responses will be used to further improve the quality of our service and products.
Please let us know how we may assist you to resolve the issue you have experienced.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for giving us the opportunity to rectify the matter.

三、修改或刪除Reviews教程在上面刪除負(fù)面評論的郵件里面,可以附上操作流程
1.Your Account > Your Orders
2.在Personalization 買家可選擇要對 商品評論(Product Reviews)還是賣家評級 (Seller Feedback)來做修改。
請注意:Product Reviews 隨時可以編輯,因此要對買家好一點,以免他們回來改成差評!
3.選擇要做修改的評論,看買家決定是要修改還是移除。
4.此處建議,可以委婉的讓賣家移除評論,畢竟改評論是一個反反復(fù)復(fù)的過程
