Euro Car Parts is a distributor of car parts and accessories with over 200 locations across the UK and Ireland, with over 200+ branches nationwide and 130,000 parts available. The company was bought by LKQ in 2011.

（5）A.T.U

2016 Sales: 1 Billion EUR

Established in 1985, A.T.U today boasts the largest network of auto centers in Germany, which is Europe's leading auto aftermarket. The brand operates 577 auto centers in Germany, 25 in Austria and 6 in Switzerland.

03.歐洲汽配產品準入標準E-mark認證

E-Mark是依照歐盟法令【EEC Directives 】與歐洲經濟委員會法規【ECE Regulation 】的規定，凡是需要進入其成員國市場的車輛及其主要零部件產品，必須通過E-mark認證的測試和生產一致性工廠檢查（COP），并在產品上印刻相應的E標志。如果能夠通過產品符合認證要求，即授予合格證書，以確保行車的安全及環境保護的要求。

1.公司營業執照  

2.商標注冊證明 

3. ISO9000或TS16949英文證書及英文質量手冊  

4.公司英文介紹相關信息  

5.VIN號證書及公司VIN號編碼規則總則 

6.公司主要生產設備清單及照片  

7.公司主要檢驗設備清單及照片  

8.整車下線檢驗清單（流程卡）  

9.主輪胎、后視鏡、燈具、喇叭、（玻璃、安全帶）必須是通過EEC認證的  

10.待檢樣品  

11.其他E-mark要求資料等

E-Mark認證流程

（整個認證周期一般為6-8周左右，據實際情況而定）：

1.項目申請 - 向歐盟交通部遞交E-mark認證申請表

2.資料準備 - 根據歐盟交通部的認證要求，準備好相關的認證資料，首次申請需要做工廠檢查

3.產品檢測 - 企業將待檢測樣品寄到指定實驗室進行測試

4.編寫報告 - 認證工程師根據合格的檢測數據與符合要求的產品技術描述編寫報告

5.遞交審核 - 認證工程師將完整的報告遞交到歐盟交通部進行審核

6.證書簽發 - 審核無誤后，歐洲國家交通部頒發E-mark證書
