手把手教你如何注冊ShareASale聯盟平臺–聯盟營銷（Affiliate marketing）

ShareASale（簡稱SAS）聯盟平臺成立于2000年，總部位于美國芝加哥，在2017年被Awin收購，目前以獨立的品牌繼續運作，官網可以看到字樣ShareASale Part of Awin，主要專注于北美市場，目前有16550+個廣告主和225000+以上的聯盟客資源。

shareasale聯盟平臺相對而言是大家比較熟悉的一個平臺也是很多小伙伴開始做聯盟的時候如果是北美市場首先考慮的一個聯盟平臺,因為相對其他聯盟平臺而言,ShareASale對于中小賣家是比較友好的,對于網站的GMV或者MAU月訪問量沒有那么高的要求,一般新搭建的獨立站申請ShareASale聯盟也能通過審核,所以本文就先介紹如何注冊ShareASale的聯盟平臺。

ShareASale的聯盟平臺注冊主要有下面幾步,如果使用shopify建站,付款測試就更簡單,直接下載個ShareASale的應用然后把ShareASale的merchant ID填上去,裝太變為active,接下來來看看是如何注冊的

• 注冊鏈接
• 填寫基礎的公司信息
• 傭金設置
• 吸引聯盟客（affiliate publisher）–關鍵詞設置,類目選擇,logo上傳,聯盟條款
• 管理聯盟客（affiliate publisher）–歡迎語,手動還是自動審核，
• 安裝代碼,付款追蹤測試
• 測試代碼能否追蹤成功
• 付款

因為我們是以merchant商家的身份的注冊的,所以要選擇merchant sign up,affiliate sign up主要以聯盟客的身份注冊的,也可以去注冊一個shareasale的對于publisher的注冊不是很嚴格,主要是為了方便我們后續在做聯盟營銷的一些動作時知道在加入自己品牌的affiliaite program的時候是怎么顯示的也便于我們平時做一些聯素材的推送,下面的圖就是之前以nanxitalk.com的域名注冊的聯盟客的界面顯示,下文也會講到Affiliate的頁面是什么樣子的。

第一,商家基礎信息填寫

點擊merchant sign up就會彈出來一些business info需要我們去填寫,對著把信息完善好，那個website的要填寫你要使用shareasale聯盟平臺的網站,一定要正確的因為后續代碼安裝以及付款測試都跟這個相關,還有Login info可以創建個登陸的名字以及密碼,但要把創建的名字跟密碼記錄下來，后續登陸聯盟平臺都用這個

第二,傭金以及tracking cap或者叫cookies duration

傭金的設置就是你愿意給到聯盟客多少的成交傭金,不同的品類的也會有很大的差別,3C的一般3-12%,服裝類的有可能更高些15-20%，一些虛擬產品的可能會更高,這個傭金的設置除了考量自己的投入產出比之外,最好也可以參考下競品的設置多少,比如儲能行業的一般是5-8%點左右,客單價也想多高些,聯盟客每帶出一單都能獲得幾百USD的收入,具體怎么看這里有三種方式

第一,注冊Affiliate賬戶,直接去搜競品

下面那個tracking cap 大部分是30days,就是指的是從用戶看到點擊聯盟客推廣的產品,無論是content類型的,coupon/deal類,dsp/ppc接接下來的30天內 這個用戶只要在網站有成交,聯盟客就可以獲得傭金, 這也是為什么尤其對于高客單產品或者開通多個聯盟平臺有那么多重復訂單的原因,或者說聯盟搶了一些谷歌廣告的歸因。

高客單的產品一般用戶都是多觸點才有可能成交,那這個過程中就有很大的重復性,廣告/聯盟的歸因也基本上都是按照last click,要看競品的tracking cap設置的多少天,以上看競品聯盟傭金的方法一樣適用。需要說明的是tracking cap也是吸引聯盟客的一個點,這也是跟亞馬遜聯盟相比很大的一個優勢,亞馬遜的聯盟是24個小時且規則很嚴格,一旦違反亞馬遜聯盟規則就會遭遇封號,另外亞馬遜聯盟商家參與度不大且類目由亞馬遜統一傭金設置,相對會比獨立站聯盟低。

第三,吸引聯盟客（affiliate publisher）–關鍵詞設置,logo上傳,聯盟條款

第三個部分主要是一些關鍵詞的設置,便于聯盟客能夠搜到自己,上面聯盟客的界面也有個merchant center搜索的頁面,所以關鍵詞設置除了自己的品牌詞,品牌產品詞也可以加一些行業詞,跟自己的競品詞。

篩選好關鍵詞后就要填寫產品的類別,這個還是要注意的下一定要選擇跟產品相關的,后面在修改類目的話是需要花錢的,因為shareasale可選擇的類目比較有限且是很久以前的,沒匹配到比較細分的類目,可以參考下競品選的什么類目。

接下來是一條不同尺寸的logo上傳,下面有個example的按鈕會告訴你這些logo會出現在哪些位置以及是什么樣的形式。

接下來就是聯盟條款的選擇,這個就主要是聯盟運營過程中的一些條款,用來規定約束聯盟客的行為,都會在聯盟條款里面寫明,一般都是遵守您所在地區的所有適用法律法規（包括但不限于金融服務法規，數據保護和反垃圾郵件法規，遵守B品牌和知識產權準則，誠實守信，以專業、得體的方式開展聯盟會員獲取，并完全遵守所有適用法律為了履行本協議描述的服務，您將承擔所有性質的設立和運營成本費用，包括但不限于與服務有關的任何營銷和推廣活動,還有就是一些PPC Policy,重復訂單/欺詐訂單等等如何處理,都要在聯盟條款里面寫清楚,這個也是后面處理解決與聯盟客的糾紛依據之一。

一般聯盟客在加入品牌方的聯盟項目后都要看一看聯盟條款的,看看有哪些行為是不能觸碰的,尤其是關于TM商標這塊,品牌方有要求是否能允許聯盟客投放自己的品牌詞,這個要具體問題具體分析了有些品牌方要求非常嚴格任何TM品牌詞的變體都不允許投放,有的是可以允許投放品牌詞+coupon/coupon code/voucher等字眼的,因為很大一部分的聯盟客的類型是coupon/deal類的,一般在剛開始做聯盟的時候需要品牌比較新規則可以設置稍微松些,允許聯盟客投放品牌詞+coupon code/code/voucher等關鍵詞的,一來品牌比較新用戶主動搜索低,二來也便于聯盟客進行推廣。

說到coupon還是一點就是要在聯盟條款說明coupon是只允許聯盟客使用shareasale平臺里面上傳的coupon還是獨立站設置的coupon都能使用,有些coupon類的聯盟客就插件工具可以采集各大網站的coupon信息然后做分發。

第四,管理聯盟客（affiliate publisher）–歡迎語,手動還是自動審核

設置好聯盟條款后就進入到Manage affiliate這個板塊,第一就是聯盟客的審核規則是自動審核通過還是需要我們手動手動審核,一般大部分都是選擇手動審核,聯盟客在申請我們的聯盟項目時,需要我們審核通過才可以,這樣可以看看是什么樣的聯盟客加入了我們項目,他的EPC,介紹以及feedback score,shareasale里面有個對聯盟客打分的,會在聯盟客的那里顯示出現,如果低于O分是負分的話就要多注意,還有也可以進去聯盟客的網站看看是什么樣的內容，然后決定通不通過。

這里可以設置個聯盟客的歡迎語以及被拒說明下原因,可以設置自動回復的,歡迎語一般都是非常感謝加入聯盟項目,然后把自己產品的一些offer，傭金設置, tracking cap,EPC等都可以簡單提下，

第五,安裝代碼,付款追蹤測試

完成上面步驟后接下來就是安裝代碼做付款測試,如果是shopify建站就很簡單,就在shopify的應用下載個shareasale的app,然后安裝并把申請的shareasale的merchant ID輸入,如果是其他平臺的建站需要把代碼下載下來然后讓技術人員幫忙安裝到對應的位置,我記得當時安裝的時候有2組代碼 一組是基礎的另外一組是事件代碼,分別讓技術幫忙幫忙安裝對應的位置。

代碼安裝好后接下來就開始做付款測試,點擊begin the test會有個鏈接根據這個鏈接去到對應的網站做個下單測試,看看shareasale后臺能不能追蹤到,如果能追蹤到在shareasale會有顯示,如果沒有追蹤到讓技術排查下原因。

做好追蹤測試后如果一切正常,接下來就是付款，賣家要在ShareASale上發布Affiliate Program，需要支付$650美元的Setup fee和$125美元的預存費，就是說賣家首次開通需要支付一共$750美元的費用，$650美元是一次性費用，$120美元是用來支付給聯盟成員的預存傭金費和給ShareASale每筆20%的傭金交易費

付完款后,shareasale有幾天的審核,審核過后就可以正式運營了,主要首先上次素材banner,coupon,textlinks,datafeed等信息，系統會推送一些聯盟客關注,剩下的就需要我們去邀約聯盟客了,邀約shareasale里面有個招募工具以及廣告位,站外也可以去邀約加入,去一些聯盟的論壇/群組以及發覺競品的聯盟客等信息,可以參考十種常見的聯盟客開發邀約方式--聯盟營銷
