以下列出Tradeling后臺上傳產品常見駁回原因（中英文）供賣家參考，主要為圖片、產品長描述、產品標題、產品主要特征（短描述）、關鍵詞、其他、屬性七大類。

一、圖片

1、圖片未上傳，請上傳圖片并要求至少有一張白底首圖，圖片分辨率要去1000x1000

Image is missing, please add some images with white background and size of 1000x1000.

2、圖片模糊不清或未展示產品完整圖像（比如：產品為圖片截圖，模糊，像素化）

Image should be visually clear and show the whole product. (Example: Image is cropped, blurred, pixelated etc.)

3、如果圖片中的附加物品不屬于套裝/捆綁包的一部分，請從圖片中刪除附加物品，如果它們是屬于產品的一部分，請在產品名稱中明確提及

If the additional items in the image are not a part of the original set/bundle, please remove the additional item from the image, if they are a part of the original item then mention it clearly in the product name.

4、需要上傳更多的圖片來對產品的規格，功能或顏色進行展示。比如：只展示了在包裝中的產品的情況下。

More images required to show the product's specifications, functions and/or its colors clearly. E.g. Item either folded or in a package.

5、圖片必須顯示實際產品。不允許使用插圖圖像。

Image must show the actual product. Illustrated images are not allowed.

6、圖片內產品比如展示正面并放置圖片中心位置，且分辨率為 1000x1000

Product must be in the center & front facing position, with a size of 1000x1000.

7、該類目產品不可以真人模特展示

Images in this category must not show a live model.

8、首圖（即主圖必須白底）

Image must have a white background.

9、圖片包含多個產品或同一型號的多個品種。具有不同變體的相同產品必須單獨列出。 （例如，產品為紅色，圖像包含同一商品的多種顏色）

Image contains multiple products or multiple varieties of the same model. Same products with different variants must be listed separately. (E.g. Product is red and the image contains multiple colors from same item).

10、圖片中有水印，特殊字符，文字以及聯系方式信息

Image contains watermarks, special characters, text or contact information.

11、該類目產品首圖不可用場景圖

Main image must not be a lifestyle image for this category.

12、圖文信息不一致。（比如：圖片中產品為紅色 T 桖衫,但產品標題或產品描述中是藍色T 桖衫）

Image conflicts with other product attributes.(E.g. Image is a red shirt however in the product name/description it is blue.)

13、首圖中包含其他無關產品或并不屬于產品的一部分，產品首圖需展示完整產品本身，不添加任何物品在內。（比如：該鏈接為手機配件，但首圖中展示配件的同時展示了一部手機）

Image contains other item or accessories that are not included with the physical product, Image should show the whole product you are selling nothing else. (Example: The item is a mobile phone accessories but shows a mobile phone.)

14、圖片不恰當或不專業。 Tradeling.com 上禁止使用不當圖片 （比如：違背穆斯林宗教教義的相關圖片）

Image is inappropriate or unprofessional. Inappropriate images are prohibited on Tradeling.com

二、產品長描述

1、長描述必須填寫在恰當位置（ 比如：要求填英語的部分不可填寫阿拉伯語）

Long description must be filled correctly (Example: English in English fields and Arabic in Arabic fields).

2、長描述中包含了除英語和阿拉伯語以外的其他語言

Long description contains languages other than English or Arabic.

3、長描述中必須符合基本英語語法 （比如 一句話的首個單詞首字母需大寫；不可整段英文雜亂無章，標點符號不符合基本語法要求）

Long description must be in sentence case.

4、長描述中不可出現“可定制”“退換貨保質期”等營銷信息

Customization and refund information is not allowed in the long description.

5、長描述中有錯別字

Long description has typos.

6、長描述中不可包含物流和發貨信息

Long description must not have shipping and delivery details.

7、長描述要復合句子格式，而不是excel格式

Long description must be in sentence format not in excel format.

8、長描述與圖像、產品名稱或屬性沖突。 （例如：描述描述了一件紅色襯衫，但產品名稱/圖像是藍色的。）

Long description conflicts with the images, product name, or attributes. (Example: the description describes a red shirt, however the product name/image is blue.)

9、長描述包含有關同一型號的多個產品或多個品種的信息。具有不同變體（不同尺寸、顏色等）的相同產品必須單獨列出。（示例：產品為紅色，描述包含多個彩色項目詳細信息。）

Long description contains information about multiple products or multiple varieties of the same model. Same products with different variants (different sizes, colors, etc..) must be listed separately. (Example: the product is red and the description contains multiple colored item details.)

10、詳細描述包含聯系信息、價格信息、保修詳情或保修信息。

Long description contains contact information, price information, warranty details or guarantee information.

11、長描述包含促銷內容。

Long description contains promotional content.

12、長描述包含大量不相關的詞語或關鍵字種類。

Long description contains a high volume of irrelevant keywords or keyword variety.

三、產品標題

1、產品標題包含大量與產品屬性不相關的詞語或關鍵字種類。

Product name contains a high volume of irrelevant keywords or keyword variety."

2、產品名稱與產品的圖像、描述或屬性沖突。（例如：產品標題是紅色襯衫，但描述/圖片提到藍色。）"

3、產品標題包含有關同一型號的多個產品或多個品種的信息。具有不同變體（不同尺寸、顏色等）的相同產品必須單獨列出。 （示例：產品為紅色，產品名稱包含多個彩色項目詳細信息。）"

Product name conflicts with the images, description, or attributes of the product. (Example: product name is red shirt however description/image mentions blue.)

"Product name contains information regarding multiple products or multiple varieties of the same model. Same products with different variants (different sizes, colors, etc..) must be listed separately. (Example: the product is in red and the product name contains multiple colored item details.)

4、產品標題包含聯系方式或特殊字符。

Product name contains contact information or a special characters.

5、產品標題中有拼寫錯誤

Product name contains typos.

6、產品標題過于簡單，沒有清楚表述產品的基本信息

Product name does not clearly and sufficiently describe the product.

7、產品標題大小寫字母格式不對。（應整句話首個單詞首字母大寫或整句話每個單詞首字母大寫）

Product name must be in sentence case.

8、產品標題的首個單詞必須為品牌名（無品牌名可跳過）

Product name must contain the brand name as a first word.

9、產品標題中包含除英文與阿拉伯語以外的其他語言

Product name contains languages other than English or Arabic.

10、產品名稱應包含品牌作為第一個單詞。如果產品有通用品牌（即無品牌名），請勿在產品名稱中添加“通用”一詞。但是，您必須將其添加到品牌屬性中。另一種方法是在產品名稱和品牌屬性中使用您的公司名稱作為品牌。

"Product name should contain the brand as the first word. If the product has a generic brand, do not add the word “generic” in the product name. You must however add it in the brand attribute. An alternative is to use your company name as a brand in the product name and the brand attribute."

Product size, color, dimensions, quantity and/or weight must be mentioned in the product name.

Please specify the exact color of your product in the product name.

15、請從產品名稱中刪除 MOQ 信息。

Please remove the MOQ information from the product name.

16、產品標題中所有配飾和珠寶的產品必須提及材料和類型

Materials and Type must be mentioned in the product name for all accessories and jewelry.

17、產品標題必須對號入座 （比如：該填英文的地方不要填阿拉伯語）

Product name must be filled correctly (Example: English in English fields and Arabic in Arabic fields).

18、產品標題中包含營銷信息，價格信息

Product name contains sales information, pricing details or promotional content.

19、如果該產品是翻新的，則必須在產品名稱中提及。

If an item is refurbished it must be mentioned in product name.

20、若此產品不是變體 SKU，必須單獨列出。

This product is not a variant SKU and must be listed separately.

21、產品標題中不允許包含可定制和退款退換貨信息

Customization and refund information is not allowed in the product name.

22.父 SKU 產品名稱中不得提及顏色和尺寸。因為這些屬性將自動反映到變體 SKU 產品名稱中。

Color and size must not be mentioned in the parent SKU product name. These attributes will reflect into the variant SKUs product name automatically.

四、產品主要特征（短描述）

1、產品短描述需至少羅列兩點，最多六點

Key features must have a minimum of two and up to six features related to the product.

2、主要特征包含有關多個產品或同一型號的多個品種的信息。具有不同變體的相同產品必須單獨列出。 （例如，產品為紅色，關鍵特征包含有關同一項目的多種顏色的信息）

Key features contain information about multiple products or multiple varieties of the same model. Same products with different variants must be listed separately. (E.g. the product is in red and the key features contain information about multiple colors of the same item).

3、產品主要特征大小寫字母要符合基本要求，比如：一句話的首個單詞的首字母需要大寫。

Key features must be in sentence case.

4、產品主要特征與產品屬性不相關

Key features are irrelevant to the product.

5、產品標題不可用來做產品主要特征

Product name must not be used as a Key feature.

6、產品主要特征內容不可重復填寫

Key features must not be repeated multiple times.

7、產品主要特征需放在恰當位置（英文填寫位置勿填中文）

Key features must be filled correctly (Example: English in English fields and Arabic in Arabic fields).

8、產品主要特征內容不可包含聯系信息，價格營銷信息，保質或保修期

Key features must not contain the contact information, price information, warranty or guarantee details.

9、產品主要特征有單詞拼寫錯誤

Key features contain typos.

10、產品主要特征與圖像、產品名稱或屬性沖突。（例如，該sku是一件紅色襯衫，但在關鍵特征中提到它是藍色的。）

Key features conflict with the images, product name, or attributes.(E.g. The item is a red shirt however in the key features it is mentioned blue.)

11、產品主要特征必須用句子清楚地描述產品，而不僅僅是羅列單詞。

Key features must clearly describe the product in sentences, not just words.

12、產品主要特征不可用除英語或阿拉伯語以外的語言

五、關鍵詞

1、所有產品必須至少有 2 個關鍵字，最多 5 個關鍵詞

All products must have a minimum of 2 keywords and up to 5 keywords.

2、關鍵詞必須與列出的產品相關。 （例如，該鏈接是一件 T 恤，給定的關鍵字卻與一件夾克有關）。

Keywords must be related to the listed product. (E.g. Item is a t-shirt and given keywords are related to a jacket).

3、關鍵詞必須是單詞或短語而不是句子

The keywords must be in words or phrases not in sentences.

4、關鍵詞位置必須正確填寫（例如：英語字段中的別填阿拉伯語）

Keywords must be filled correctly (Example: English in English fields and Arabic in Arabic fields).

5、關鍵詞不可用除英語和阿拉伯語以外的語言

Keywords must not contain languages other than English or Arabic.

六、其他

1、此類目或品牌的上架需要 Tradeling 的行政批準，并符合您所在國家/地區的有關規定

Selling ability for this category and/or brand requires Tradeling's administrative approval, in alignment with the concerned authorities regulations in your country.

2、禁止在 Tradeling 上列出該產品或該品牌。

Listing this product or brand on Tradeling is prohibited.

3、作為國際賣家，您必須填寫商品單個以及商品的外箱尺寸和重量、是否為危險品、國際貿易術語和 海關編碼。

To be eligible for selling internationally you have to fill in the Item and carton dimensions & weight, dangerous goods, incoterm and HTS Code attributes.

4、該產品未填寫庫存地址

The product is missing stock location.

5、該產品未填寫原廠國

The product is missing country of origin.

6、此為測試sku

This SKU is a test SKU.

7、請上傳新產品鏈接，而不是更改現有鏈接。

Please list a new product instead of changing the existing product.

8、現有鏈接內容版本更有用或更具兼容性。新的鏈接編輯并沒有提高的產品內容質量。

The existing version is more useful or more compatible. The new edits do not improve the quality of the product content.

9、該產品侵犯知識產權或為仿冒品。

The product violates intellectual property rights or is a counterfeit.

10、該產品類目選擇錯誤，請務必選擇正確類目并重新上傳。

This product is listed under the wrong category, please make sure to choose the correct category and relist it again.

11、上發布酒精飲料或相關產品。

Listing alcohol beverages or related products are prohibited on Tradeling.com. 禁止在 Tradeling.com

12、禁止上架售賣活體生物。

Live animals are prohibited on Tradeling.com. Tradeling.com

13、您發貨所在國家/地區不符合運送條件。（備注：一般是涉及封鎖風險國）

The country you are shipping from is not eligible for shipping.

七、屬性

1、作為國際賣家，要獲得國際運輸的資格，單價必須采用整箱出售。

To be eligible for international shipping, Unit Price of Measure must be in carton.

2、品牌名稱屬性中缺少品牌名。

The brand is missing in the brand name attribute.

3、如果該產品可以定制，請在運輸詳細信息中啟用“提供定制標簽“中選擇“是”。

If the item can be customized kindly enable the "Offer Private Label Option " Yes" in the shipping details.

4、該產品未標價格

The product is missing price.

5、產品計量單位應與產品相關。 （例如：商品以件為單位出售，但計量單位卻選擇公斤。）

Unit of measure should be relevant to the product. (Example: The item is sold in pieces and unit of measure is kilogram.)

6、產品價格必須在市場價位范圍內。請查看所上傳的價格。 （例如：給出的物品價值與市場價格相比非常高。）

Product price must be within the market value range. Please review the price. (Example: The item value given is very high compared to the market price.)
